YapCash is operated by Quikscope Inc. ("Quikscope," "we," "us," or "our"), a Delaware corporation operating from Florida. We operate the YapCash Chrome and Opera browser extension and the website located at yapcash.ai (collectively, the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information about you when you use our Service.
YapCash has one extension purpose: recognize eligible activity on supported AI services so users can earn XP, use reward features, and understand their own activity. Core reward signals are account-linked. The more detailed AI Insights feature is separate, optional, and disabled until a user enables it.
YapCash's use of information received through the extension adheres to the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
02What we collect
We collect the following categories of information in connection with operating the Service:

03Hubie early access
If you join the Hubie waitlist, we collect your email address, signup and confirmation times, the consent wording you accepted, and limited campaign information (source, medium, campaign and content). We use this separate list to confirm your request, send Hubie early-access updates, and understand which campaigns bring interested visitors. Joining Hubie does not give us access to your AI conversations, code or project files.
During signup, you can optionally share your project stage, goal, AI tools and a short description. We save these with your signup so you do not need to answer again after confirming. We use them to understand what people want from Hubie. Please do not include secrets or sensitive personal information. You can skip these questions. Your free-text description is not included in extension invitation emails, tracking links or analytics.
The YapCash extension is a separate, optional product. Your confirmation email includes its download link; we send a separate one-time introduction only if you request it, after confirmation. Joining Hubie does not require installing the extension and does not create a rewards account. When a welcome-pack offer is active, claiming it requires a verified YapCash account with the same confirmed email and qualifying extension activity. We match those records only to verify campaign eligibility and prevent duplicate rewards. The account-linked reward record is retained with reward history even if you leave the waitlist. No gift card is guaranteed.
Hubie waitlist records are stored in Supabase. Brevo processes the recipient address and email content to deliver confirmation and requested messages. We do not add your email to unrelated marketing lists or combine your Hubie answers with extension-derived activity for sponsored targeting.
Unconfirmed requests are deleted after 30 days. Confirmed waitlist records are kept for up to 12 months from the latest signup request. Optional project-description text is removed after 90 days. Unsubscribing stops Hubie updates and requested introductions, revokes intake links and clears your optional answers; the remaining waitlist record is deleted within 30 days. Unsubscribe links are included in these emails. You may also request access or deletion through our privacy contact.

04What we do NOT collect
- Raw AI conversation content. We do not store or transmit the prompts you send or the responses you receive.
- Your full browsing history. The extension is only active on supported AI platforms. We have no visibility into any other websites you visit.
- Your payment information. YapCash is free. We never collect credit card numbers, bank details, or any financial information from you.
- Sensitive personal information. We do not collect health data, biometric data, precise location, political opinions, religious beliefs, or similar sensitive categories.
05How we use your information
Information collected through the extension is used for the following disclosed product purposes:
- Operating and maintaining the XP reward system.
- Account management, authentication, and security.
- Streak tracking and session continuity.
- Reward fulfillment and gift card delivery.
- Fraud detection, abuse prevention, and enforcement of these policies.
- Measuring eligibility and outcomes for partner campaigns a user chooses to participate in.
- Improving the accuracy, fairness, and performance of the Service.
- Producing internal, de-identified aggregate reporting about AI-platform adoption and product performance.
- Communicating service updates and transactional notifications.
Optional AI Insights requires a separate in-product choice, can be disabled at any time, and includes an in-product deletion control. Disabling it does not change core XP earning or reward access.
06Data storage and security
Account and rewards data is stored using Supabase, a managed cloud database and authentication provider. All data in transit is encrypted using TLS. Data at rest is encrypted at the infrastructure level. Local extension state (such as XP counters and session flags) is stored in your browser's built-in extension storage and does not leave your device except as part of normal account sync.
We implement technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. No system is perfectly secure — if you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately at Contact form.
07Data sharing and third parties
We do not sell or license personal information or extension-derived user data. We do not use it for personalized advertising, credit, employment, insurance, or other unrelated eligibility decisions. We share limited data only with the following categories of service providers, strictly as needed to operate the Service:
- Supabase — database hosting and authentication infrastructure.
- Tremendous — gift card fulfillment. Your email address is shared with Tremendous solely to deliver rewards you have claimed.
- Google — authentication when you choose Google sign-in.
- Brevo — transactional, account, referral, and service communications.
- Vercel and Sentry — website hosting, serverless processing, operational diagnostics, and error monitoring when configured.
Sponsors may receive campaign-level counts and outcomes for campaigns you choose to join, but not raw conversation content or a directly identifying AI activity history. YapCash does not currently provide a general commercial feed of extension-derived user activity. If we introduce a distinct voluntary research program, we will provide separate notice and consent before it begins and will update this policy.
We may also disclose information if required by law, court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of YapCash, our users, or the public.
08Data retention
We retain account data for as long as your account is active. If you request deletion, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required for fraud prevention, legal compliance, accounting, or dispute resolution. Security, reward, and ledger records may be retained as necessary to prevent duplicate claims and protect the integrity of the rewards system. AI Insights events can be deleted using the extension control or by contacting us.
09Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, export, or restriction of your personal data at any time by contacting Contact form. We will respond within 30 days. Residents of California, the EU, and other jurisdictions with applicable data rights laws may exercise those rights through the same contact.
10Children's privacy
YapCash is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us information, contact us at Contact form and we will delete it promptly.
11Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in the Service or applicable law. We will update the date on this page and provide notice before a material new collection, use, or disclosure takes effect when required. Consent-based features will not be silently enabled by a policy update.
