Terms of Service

Clear rules for a fair rewards system.

These terms explain account eligibility, XP and wallet progression, regional rewards, partner campaigns, reviews, and the conduct required to keep YapCash fair.

01Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding legal agreement between you and Quikscope Inc. ("Quikscope," "YapCash," "we," "us," or "our"), a Delaware corporation, governing your access to and use of the YapCash service, including the yapcash.ai website and the YapCash Chrome browser extension (collectively, the "Service").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. Quikscope Inc. reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

02Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using YapCash, you represent that:

  • You are at least 13 years of age.
  • You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
  • You will use the Service only in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws.

03Description of Service

YapCash is an extension-led rewards platform that recognizes eligible activity on supported AI services, currently ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, Grok, and Microsoft Copilot. Eligible activity may earn XP used for Daily Packs, Standard, Rare, or Elite packs, wallet progression, region-aware rewards, referrals, and approved partner campaigns.

The Service is provided free of charge. YapCash does not store or transmit raw prompts, AI responses, clipboard text, page titles, or conversation URLs. Optional AI Insights is disabled until enabled by the user and is governed by the Privacy Policy.

04Accounts

You must create an account to earn and redeem XP. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account and for maintaining the security of your credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use at Contact form.

Each person may hold only one YapCash account. Maintaining multiple accounts is a violation of these Terms and will result in termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all XP and pending rewards across them.

05XP, Rewards, and Redemption

XP is a non-transferable in-product point with no cash value. Wallet credits, reward pieces, or similar progression units are also in-product records until the required threshold is met and an eligible reward claim is accepted. They cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged outside YapCash. Amounts may be withheld or reversed when earned through error or prohibited activity.

  • Daily Packs and paid pack tiers may have different eligibility rules, streak requirements, XP costs, odds, cooldowns, and weekly limits.
  • Pack outcomes are randomized. A reward credit, reward piece, gift card, or specific XP amount is never guaranteed unless the interface expressly says otherwise.
  • Some users may collect individual progression credits before becoming eligible to claim a completed reward. A partial balance is not cash and cannot be withdrawn.
  • Reward brands, denominations, currencies, products, and thresholds vary by detected country, provider catalog, inventory, and program rules.
  • Redeemed gift cards are fulfilled by Tremendous, a third-party provider, and are subject to their terms and conditions.
  • Users are responsible for choosing a reward compatible with their region and reviewing provider restrictions before confirming a claim.
  • Rewards may be placed in a pending review period before delivery. See Section 07 for details.
  • YapCash may prospectively update reward availability, XP costs, odds, limits, and program mechanics. Material changes will be shown in the Service or relevant program terms.

06Prohibited Conduct

The integrity of the YapCash rewards system depends on honest participation. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in enforcement action up to and including permanent account termination and forfeiture of all XP and rewards:

  • Using bots, scripts, macros, or any automated tools to generate XP or simulate AI platform activity.
  • Manipulating browser storage, extension state, network requests, or local data to gain unauthorized XP, reset limits, or bypass pack opening restrictions.
  • Creating or controlling more than one account, or coordinating accounts to evade reward limits, reviews, or referral rules.
  • Self-referral or coordinated fake referrals, including referral rings designed to artificially accumulate referral rewards.
  • Submitting false, plagiarized, AI-generated-without-effort, or otherwise inauthentic work in partner challenges.
  • Misrepresenting or masking location to access a reward, denomination, or program unavailable in your actual region.
  • Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the Service.
  • Filing chargebacks, payment disputes, or fraudulent claims related to any YapCash-issued reward.
  • Sharing your account credentials with or allowing any other person to use your account.
  • Any conduct designed to exploit, game, or circumvent the reward system in a manner inconsistent with normal, genuine AI platform usage.

YapCash uses server-side validation, rate limits, account history, and fraud signals to protect the reward system. Suspected violations may result in reward holds, account restrictions, or termination, subject to applicable law.

07Account Actions, Holds, and Review Periods

YapCash may take proportionate action based on account signals, usage patterns, provider availability, funding status, or suspected abuse:

  • Reward hold: A claim may remain pending while eligibility, region, inventory, funding, or account activity is reviewed.
  • Extended review: Unusual activity, repeated claims, new-account risk, or conflicting signals may require additional review and information.
  • Temporary restriction: XP earning, pack opening, or redemption may be limited while a material integrity or security issue is investigated.
  • Permanent termination: Confirmed violations of the Prohibited Conduct section, confirmed fraud, or repeated policy violations will result in permanent account closure, forfeiture of all XP balances, and cancellation of any pending rewards.

YapCash's decisions regarding enforcement actions are final. If you believe an action was taken in error, you may appeal by contacting Contact form with your account email and a description of the issue. We will review the appeal and communicate a determination within a reasonable period based on the investigation required.

08Referrals, Campaigns, and Promotions

YapCash may offer referral programs, raffles, sponsored activities, partner challenges, or limited promotions. Each may have additional eligibility, timing, location, inventory, measurement, and reward rules displayed in the Service or campaign materials. Those specific rules supplement these Terms. Participation is optional unless expressly identified as part of a core reward feature.

Referral and campaign rewards require genuine qualifying activity. Self-referrals, fake accounts, automated participation, falsified submissions, or coordinated manipulation may result in disqualification, reversal, account restriction, or termination.

09Intellectual Property

The Service, including all software, content, logos, and trademarks, is owned by Quikscope Inc. and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.

Third-party brand names and logos displayed as rewards are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only. YapCash is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any third-party brand whose gift cards appear in the Service.

10Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

YapCash does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Reward availability, pack odds, and XP costs are subject to change. Gift card fulfillment depends on third-party availability and is not guaranteed.

11Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YAPCASH SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF XP, UNREDEEMED REWARDS, ACCOUNT SUSPENSION, OR DATA LOSS.

IN NO EVENT SHALL YAPCASH'S TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE GREATER OF $50 USD OR THE VALUE OF REWARDS YOU HAVE SUCCESSFULLY REDEEMED IN THE PRIOR 12 MONTHS.

12Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

The Service is operated by Quikscope Inc., a Delaware corporation. Nothing in these Terms shall be construed to create a partnership, joint venture, agency, or employment relationship between you and Quikscope Inc.
