My XP isn't updating

Make sure you're signed in to the extension and using a supported platform (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, Grok or Microsoft Copilot). XP is validated on our servers and daily caps and rate limits apply, so not every message earns XP. If it still doesn't update, send a message below using your account email.

My reward claim is pending

A claim can stay pending while eligibility, region, inventory or account activity is reviewed. Approved gift cards are fulfilled by Tremendous and sent to your registered email — check your spam folder too.

A reward isn't available in my country

Reward brands and denominations depend on country support and inventory. Your XP is kept, and you can keep earning while regional options expand.

What is YapCash?

YapCash is a rewards platform for AI users. Today it is a free Chrome extension that awards XP for eligible activity on ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, Grok and Microsoft Copilot, which you can use to open packs for XP or Reward Pieces. Collect five Pieces to unlock one eligible regional reward. YapCash is expanding into offers, cashback and rewards for what AI helps people discover and buy.

Is YapCash free?

Yes. YapCash is free to install and does not require a subscription or purchase. You earn XP through eligible AI activity and use XP to open reward packs.

Does YapCash read my AI conversations?

YapCash does not store or transmit raw prompts or AI responses. It records eligible activity signals to validate XP. Optional AI Insights processes text on your device and sends allow-listed structured observations only with your consent. You can change that choice in Profile.

Which AI platforms does YapCash support?

ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, Grok and Microsoft Copilot.

Are the gift cards real?

Yes. Eligible gift cards are fulfilled through Tremendous and sent to your registered email after an approved redemption. Brands and availability vary by region and inventory.

Is a gift card guaranteed every time I open a pack?

No. Each Standard, Rare or Elite pack returns XP or one Reward Piece. Collect five Pieces to unlock one reward, then choose from the options available for your confirmed country. Check current odds and pack requirements in the extension before opening.

What happens if a reward isn't available in my country?

You keep earning XP. Reward brands and denominations depend on country support and inventory, and supported users can keep accumulating XP while regional options expand.
